Shipping policy

Qualia Wellness works with manufacturers and designers across the world to source the best products for you.

Some of our products may be uneligible for International Shipping or to specific destinations. We have tried to specify on the product pages when there is a limitation. If you order a product that we cannot deliver to your destination, we will cancel that order and give you a full refund as well as our sincerest apologies.

Whenever possible we will ship from the United States or from the closest warehouse to your shipping destination* so that once we process your order you can expect to get your purchase within 5-15 working days. We don't like our customers to have a longer wait time than necessary and we insist on all our suppliers working diligently. 

Please be aware depending on where you are, worldwide orders (where eligible) may take longer but we promise to work hard to get your item(s) to you as fast as we can!
